The 3rd Workshop on Human-Centered Recommender Systems (HCRS@WWW 2027) is proposed as an in-person half-day afternoon workshop during The Web Conference 2027, held May 10–14, 2027 in Dublin, Ireland. The specific workshop day will be announced once the conference program is finalized.
The planned program features two keynote talks, two paper sessions (oral presentations), a poster session, and the Best Paper Award & closing remarks. All times below are shown in Irish Standard Time (IST, UTC+1) and are tentative.

- The exact workshop date (one of May 10–14, 2027) and the final session times will be published here once the conference program is finalized.
- Accepted papers will be split between oral presentations in the two paper sessions and posters in the poster session. The oral / poster assignment and the per-talk duration will be announced together with the accepted paper list.
- Keynote speaker names, talk titles, and abstracts will appear on the Keynote page as invitations are confirmed.
- The workshop is an in-person event, consistent with The Web Conference 2027 policy that workshops take place in person.
